Credit Repair Disclosure

Your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and important disclosures about what CreditGod can and cannot do.

Important: CreditGod.Online is a technology platform, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. We do not guarantee any specific result or credit-score change. You always have the right to dispute information yourself, for free, directly with the credit bureaus.

Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any "credit repair" company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years.

You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. The credit bureau must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file. You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report annually from each of the nationwide credit bureaus.

You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.

You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it.

Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the information they report is accurate. However, mistakes may occur. You may, on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file. The credit bureau must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate or unverified information, usually within 30 days.

You may have additional rights under the laws of your state. You may wish to contact your state's Attorney General or consumer protection agency for more information about your rights under state law.

What we can do

CreditGod helps you identify, organize, draft, prepare, submit (where you direct), and track disputes of information you have a good-faith belief is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable. Our AI account manager helps you build a strategy, generates dispute letters using FCRA-based language, and keeps you updated on status.

What we cannot do

We cannot remove accurate, current, and verifiable information from your credit report. We cannot create a "new credit identity" or advise you to misrepresent your information — doing so is illegal. We cannot guarantee any specific credit-score increase or the deletion of any item. We do not provide legal advice.

Your right to cancel (Notice of Cancellation)

You may cancel your contract, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day after the date on which you signed the contract. To cancel, simply use the cancel option on your Billing page or contact us through the Contact page before the deadline. If you cancel within this period, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid, and we will end your access promptly.

In addition to the 3-day statutory right above, CreditGod offers a 3-day money-back guarantee: cancel within your first 3 days for a full, no-questions-asked refund.

Accuracy of disputes

You should only dispute information you genuinely believe to be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable. Knowingly submitting false statements or misrepresenting information to a credit bureau may violate federal and state law. You are responsible for reviewing all letters and communications before they are sent.

Fees

CreditGod charges a recurring Membership fee of $39.99 per month for access to paid features. We do not charge for services before they are performed beyond the lawful Membership model, and you may cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts.

No guarantee

Results vary based on the contents of your credit file and the independent decisions of the bureaus and furnishers. We make no promise regarding score changes, item deletions, or timelines. Any company promising guaranteed results is likely acting unlawfully.

Demo mode notice

While the platform is operating in demo mode, dispute letters are drafted, queued, and tracked but are not physically mailed to the credit bureaus until a live mailing integration is connected by the operator. Your AI manager will always be transparent about this status and will not claim delivery that has not occurred.
